WALK YOUR TALK
Nimomashtic are an Indie/folk band with a difference.Since the summer of 2006 and across two tours, these intrepid musicians have walked over 1200 miles playing over 55 concerts.
The 'Walk your talk' tours see the band quite literally walking from gig to gig, carrying all their equipment and sleeping under the stars each night.
Taking their lead from the old American folk hero 'Johnny Appleseed' who as a service to humanity planted many thousands of tree's in his lifetime, the Eco band also plant their own apple and wildflower seeds alongside the paths they tread. Their footsteps and planting are intended as a symbol that only with mans helping hand can an overwelming environmental crisis be avoided.

These unusual tours are literally about walking your talk in the 21st century and the aim is to highlight environmental issues and inspire individuals to make little adjustments to their lifestyles that can help reduce the effect of an environmental crisis.
Months later the band are still recieving messages from people inspired by the walks who are planting their own seeds in various ways.
