This page describes the workshops I have available, I am able to facilitate groups of any size and in the past have managed over 50. I also offer private tuition. To many people the sheer thought of tackling an Improvisational Comedy workshop strikes fear in their hearts, with many people saying 'I won´t be funny' - when the truth is that Improvisation Comedy is not about being funny its about being in the moment and thats where much humour lies.
By creating a safe & creative environment, and introducing simple yet effective techniques this workshop unveils the inner comedian in all.
SiNG UP
Sing Up is an innovative, dynamic energetic vocal workshop that centre's around building confidence and singing ability through self expression.
Using a variety of techniques, games, vocal jams and songs based on improvisation, I am able to coax even the most shyest of individuals into singing.
This fun unique approach guarantees a fun experience and is perfect for private tuition, festival, workshop, corporate event or gathering.
Its a great way to ignite or relight the fire of the Singing voice.
EXPRESS YOURSELF
Express Yourself is a lively, energetic and thought provoking combination of Singing, movement , drama/impro comedy and action games. With the emphasis firmly based on self – discovery through play, this workshop is ideal for children through to adults and can be successfully run as a mixed group.
Once given a demographic of the group each workshop is tailored to maximise the potential of each individual whilst being sensitive to backgrounds and special needs.
THREE COLOURS RED WORKSHOP
This workshop`uses the band as a cataylist for others to learn Singing, Bodybeats, Movement and performance.
The workshop culminates in an evening show where all particapants are involved.

ABOUT ME:
I have been performing in various forms for over 17 years and in this time I have taught myself to sing, play guitar, play percussion and body beats, write songs, act and improvise.
There is nothing I like better than sharing my skills and over the past eight years I have delivered workshops at festivals,hospices,six month to yearly courses or at weekend retreats.
More recently in Barcelona I have been creative director of ´the New English theatre Society´, with whom I made Improvisation workshops and shows.
In 2010 (for the Gracia Arts project) I was lead actor and part of a team that won first prize at the Barcelona Loop festival with a performance of 'Krapps Last tape' by Samuel Beckett.
I am now focusing on community workshops in Barcelona and the music/performance of Three Colours Red, whilst acting for a series of shorts based around Improvisation and a social message.
